Full Time

The collision repair estimator is the person that our clients have the most interaction with. You will be responsible for greeting and speaking with customers. Compiling an estimate for visual damages and reviewing it with the client. Assist with scheduling clients. Assist clients with submitting information to insurance companies and/or responsible party. Responsible for communicating client needs or concerns to our repair team throughout the process. Update clients throughout the repair process. Responsible for updating insurance and rental companies throughout the repair process. Assist in scheduling sublet vendors. Test drive and/or ride along with clients to verify concerns. Final inspection and delivery of vehicle to client. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.

• Training courses for Audi, Tesla, Rivian and I-Car certifications (paid for by Dave’s)

• Assessing damage to a vehicle and compiling an estimate
• Maintain Customer relationships
• Maintain vendor relationships
• Updating clients, insurance companies and rental companies
• Matching insurance estimates in appropriate estimating system
• Looking up, reviewing and documenting OEM repair procedures
• Perform in-process and final repair inspections
• Manage sublet repairs
• Supplement/final paperwork
• Test Drive/transport
• Reading and understand estimate

• A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
