Full Time/Part Time

Technicians must have proficient knowledge in all major manufacturers. Applicants must be able to perform efficiently and independently as well as communicate with estimators to maintain our high standard of quality. As we are an Audi, Tesla and Rivian certified shop, training will be offered for technicians who qualify. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.

• Dave’s body shop will pay for Audi, Tesla, Rivian and Icar certifications
• Continued education training needed to maintain shop certifications (paid for by Dave’s)

• Assessing damage to a vehicle and assisting in compiling an estimate.
• Disassembly, Repair and re-assembly of vehicles
• Completing repairs caused by collision using the proper repair procedures start to finish.
• Verifying all parts needed for the repair are present, parts check in
• Communicating needs with estimator, shop foreman, and parts manager
• Reading and understanding estimates

• 3-4 years of experience
• Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
• Ability to learn and retain new information and adapt to a changing environment
• Self motivated, ability to stay productive
• Ability to organize and manage daily tasks
